Is the pharmacy open every day?

Are medications really free?
Yes! All medications are provided at no cost to eligible patients. There are no fees or co-pays.

Does the pharmacy provide free medications for everyone?
No. We are only able to serve individuals who meet our eligibility requirements.

Do you carry every medication?
No. The pharmacy has a limited list of available medications. To view full list of current medications available, you may view here.

Do you accept medication donations?
No. We do not accept donated medications of any kind.

Can I dispose of unused or expired medications here?
No. The pharmacy does not offer medication disposal services. View a list of disposal sites here.

How can I have my prescriptions filled through PMMCP?
You have two options. 1) You can have your prescriber send it directly to us, or 2) you can bring in a physical copy signed by your prescriber. To view more details visit our Patient Information page.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
The pharmacy operates on a walk-in basis only. No appointments are needed.

Do I need to complete forms before I visit?
Forms are available online, but completing them ahead of time is optional. You may also complete all forms at the pharmacy.

Can I talk to a pharmacist about my medications?
Yes, a pharmacist will meet with you to review your medications and answer questions.

Do you offer services besides prescription medications?
Yes! We offer pre-diabetes screenings. You can come in anytime the pharmacy is open and ask for a test.

What if I am not eligible?
Unfortunately we only provide medications and services to individuals who meet eligibility criteria.

How do I send prescriptions to you?
You have two options. 1) E-prescribe and search ‘PMMCP,’ or 2) you can provide a physical signed copy to your patient. To view more details, visit our Prescribers Information page.

Is there a patient cost for medications?
No. All medications are free of charge to eligible patients.

Do we need to fill out any forms to refer patients to the pharmacy?
No. Patients can fill out any needed forms at the pharmacy when they pick up their prescriptions.

Does the pharmacy stock all commonly prescribed medications?
No. The pharmacy maintains a limited formulary. Prescribers are encouraged to review the current medication list before prescribing.

How can I sign up to have my medications delivered?
Call the pharmacy at 463-274-3842 any time we are open and we will set it up with you!

What medications qualify for delivery?
Any non-refrigerated medications can be delivered. Insulin and Trulicity are refrigerated medications and are not able to be shipped.

Do I have to pay for delivery?
No, delivery services are free!

How long will it take for my medications to arrive?
Your medications will arrive 7-10 days after setting up delivery.

Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive a text message with tracking information when your package ships.

Can I still pick up my medications at the pharmacy?
Yes! As long as you have not already set up your current refill for delivery, you can come pick up your medications at the pharmacy.

Do I have to call if I want my next refill shipped?
Yes, please call us two weeks before you run out of medication for it to be shipped before you run out of medication.

Will I always be able to have my medications delivered from now on?
We are testing out the delivery service and evaluating if it is a good long-term option for our patients. There is a possibility that we will be unable to offer delivery services at some point in the future.
